Construction Superintendent PMC

A Major EPC contractor requires a Construction Supt (Site Preparation) (PMC) to be based in Korea for 3-4 months more followed by Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Detailed Design in EPC Office for about 3-4 months and then Abu Dhabi for 2 years for Construction Phase. Construction site will be on Das Island.

Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects. Requires specific knowledge in co-ordinating contract packages, constructability review, Site Plan management, tracking construction progress.


Familiar with Marine construction methodologies and equipment, barges, vessels, cranes, is essential etc.

It is essential to have recent (within last 3 years) mega project experience i.e minimum USD$1+bn

Civil Engineer B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university preferably with Masters Degree in Marine Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 20 years experience, with 10 years experience in Marine construction. Minimum five (5) years in Construction Management position. EPC experience / Experience of Oil & Gas Processing Fabrication /Modularisation experience / Oil and Gas Plant processing experience / EPC Contract experience / Middle East experience preferred. Management, design and construction expertise includes coordinating multi-disciplinary marine infrastructure, breakwaters, quays, wharfs and jetties, dredging, reclamation and ground improvement, coastal developments, sea defenses, revetment profiles, marine surveys, bathymetry, geotechnical investigation, environmental impacts, etc.

In Korea during detail design the working week is 40 hours
On Das Island the working week will be 60 hours over 6 days, overtime rate will be applicable for anytime over 48 hours
Candidates will be entitled to 3 return flights annually and 25 days holiday per annum
In Korea candidates will have a per diem, transport allowance and accommodation allowance

To be responsible for all SHE matters in the company to achieve safe and

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering

* Having deep understanding of Quality Management (ISO 9001),
Work Safety Management (OHSAS 18001) and Environmental Management (ISO
14001)

Responsible for daily administration activities of purchasing and

Requirements:

Human Resources Development ( HRDO )

Responsible in human resource development function specifically in both
assessment activity and organizational development



Requirements:


* Graduate of Psychologist ( Profession )


* Having a minimum of 2 years experience in doing the assessment


* Good command of spoken and written English



F. LEGAL



Legal Officer (LEGO)

Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for
Corporate Actions arrangement.



Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Law, specifically majoring in Business
(Keperdataan)

* Having a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

* Good command of spoken and written English also Mandarin
