Senior AR & Tax

The Jobs:
· Manage taxation matters
· Ensure tax reports pass external audits/internal audits
· Deal with tax trials if any
· Manage account receivable matters
· Prepare invoices & follow up clients payments
· Monitor tax deduction receipts to supplier
· Prepare & manage monthly reporting of all taxes (VAT, PPh23, PPh 26, and
any other related taxes)
· Collect from Client withholding tax and provide list of withholding tax

* Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
* Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales
contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract

* Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and

1. SITAC Manager – On Site (Code: SITACM)
Requirements:
· At least Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil, telecommunication, Mechanical or Electrical with +/- 10 years experience in SITAC (5 years’ relevant Project in telecommunication field)
· Good knowledge of Project management
· Less than 40 years old
· Proficiency in English written and verbally
· Willing to be located everywhere in Indonesia (including remote area)

2. Account Manager (Code: AMH)
Requirement:
· Less than 40 years old
· At least Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Computer Science or related field, Master degree is preferable.
· Excellent in English is a must
· Familiar with international trading, law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures, etc.
· High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent and able to work well in a fast paced changing environment
· Have minimum 5 years experience in sales activity in telecommunication field
· Strong knowledge and understanding for both telecom and mobile technology

3. Project Manager (Professional Service) (Code: PMPS)
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) telecommunication / computer science / engineering, with min GPA 3,2 or equivalent.
· Maximum 45 years old
· Required skill(s): GSM, CDMA, Microwave transmission.

· Required language(s): Chinese, English
· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
