Responsibilities :
* Handling customer requests with regards to compay
's online trading products or related information
* Handling customer administration & report.
* Able to deliver service excellent & achieve customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements :
* Female, age 25 - 30 years old, holds diploma/bachelor degree in any major (D3/S1) with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4)
* Has min 2 years experience as Call Center/Telemarketing/Customer Service at Securities/Banking/ Insurance Company
* Good communication skills, personalty, friendly, patient, honest, and conformity (Customer Service Orientation competency)
* Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
* Excellent selling and Networking Skills
